Several food projects have been undertaken in North Korea. In the beginning of 2004 twenty tons of corn were purchased in the United States and sent to Rajin and used to support the workers on CRAM’s various projects. In the end of 2004 twenty tons of flour were purchased in China and sent to North Korea to be used by the citizens of Rajin. In February of 2005 twenty tons of rice were purchased in China and sent to North Korea to support the workers on CRAM’s various projects.
