This poem was written when I heard from the Lord that He was taking me higher in Him. Afraid of the unknown I began to step back and tell Him that I was afraid. I wanted what was comfortable for me. From that point God was silent. I found myself a few days later telling my Father that “I am ready now, do what you want with me when you want too, I am ready now.”
I AM TAKING YOU HIGHER
I am taking you higher
little girl.
Hold my hand and hold on tight,
The storms are from Me.
Learn to ride them.
Let go, be free
Ride, Ride, Ride
Pushing, flowing with the Wind.
Upward above the storms of life,
to a place of peace, sunshine and light.
Higher you have gone.
Higher I have taken you.
Now, Serve Me
with power and might!
