Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior!
We give God praise that CY Kim had a successful spinal surgery on May 15th in Atlanta, Georgia. The surgeon cleaned the bone area to free pinched nerves which will allow the inflamed and swollen area to return to normal. He was released from the hospital on May 18th and is now recovering at home in Smyrna, Georgia. He is resting and recovering very well and knows that his best ‘medicine’ is walking. On June 11, 2008 CY's doctor prescribe one month of rehabilitation. CY and Patricia express their deepest appreciation for answered prayers and your continued remembrance … God is faithful! We covet your prayers for the CRAM China Team of faithful volunteers who carry on operations in China and North Korea while CY & Patricia Kim are in the USA. During this time, Karen Kuo, David Riter, and Yong Ae Riter have accepted the extra responsibilities of leadership, including greeting and assisting volunteers who are arriving in China and going into North Korea (as permission is received to enter). Please ask an extra measure of blessing upon them and with their added responsibilities, the strength to endure!
The Hippotherapy Program has been and continues to be very beneficial to our mentally and physically challenged children attending the Hunchun Special Education School in China. The program will continue as long as the financial support to cover its expense is available. Contributions for the continuance of this program may be sent by check or money order payable to CRAM Worldwide and noting in the memo line Hippotherapy Program. Donations should be mailed to CRAM Worldwide, Inc. – PO Box 563 – Bedford, IN 47421 or can be made by credit card on our website and designating benefit for the China – Burning Heart Ranch/Hippotherapy. Should your congregation be looking for a Vacation Bible School or Youth Mission Emphasis to support in 2008, we will be happy to supply you with following informational materials upon request; “Hippotherapy” power point presentation, Hippotherapy Brochures, our mission pictorial display (which includes pictures of current projects in China and North Korean), and general information.
